Le Sands Oceanfront Danang Hotel

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Although it's a bit far from the city center, its beachfront location provides a peaceful escape at a great price. There are seafood restaurants, a small supermarket, and massage parlors open until 2 AM right next door. The hotel breakfast is plentiful and the service is attentive. You'll also find many local eateries and a night market nearby. Transportation and getting a taxi are very convenient. The hotel facilities are new and spotlessly clean. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time!

I booked the penthouse on the 22nd floor, and was absolutely stunned when I opened the door – it was gorgeous! It had a huge living room and two very spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom even featured a beautiful bathtub area where I could soak while enjoying panoramic views of the coastline and Da Nang city through the floor-to-ceiling windows. There was even a washing machine, which was a lifesaver for doing all our laundry after coming from Hanoi. It was fantastic. Just turn right out of the hotel and you'll find a supermarket, making it incredibly convenient for food and drinks. Cross the road from the hotel and you're right on the beach. If you get up around 5 AM, you can even go paddleboarding. In the evenings, you can run or stroll along the beach – it was so relaxing. The infinity pool is just one floor up from the 22nd, on the 23rd floor, and it's absolutely beautiful and large. We had dinner at the hotel twice; the prices were reasonable, and the quality of the food was excellent. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast; it was very ordinary, on par with an economy hotel in China, and didn't match the overall quality of the hotel.

Service: Aww, my heart melted! They folded an adorable elephant out of towels when cleaning, and I almost didn't want to mess it up when I went to bed. From the front desk (who let me check in early and gave me delicious coconut chips) to the bellhop (after a beach trip, I was wondering how to get the sand off my feet since there were no rinse stations on the beach, and he directed me to a spot at the hotel entrance), to the restaurant staff (even though I was sitting alone in the corner, enjoying the sea view at breakfast, they didn't ignore me and promptly cleared my plates)—everyone provided five-star service! Ambiance: This isn't a resort-style hotel; the pool is quite small. It's located at the northeasternmost part of the beach, which means it's quiet day and night with fewer people around. You can watch the sunrise from your room, and I surprisingly caught the sunset from the window by the elevator. The only downside to the location is that dining options are a bit far, and there aren't many good restaurants nearby.

I chose this hotel because it's a bit further from the bustling center of My Khe Beach, making it quieter and less crowded. However, the beach is just across the road, which is incredibly convenient. The room had a washer/dryer combo, and they offered two-bedroom suites, perfect for family trips. The view from the balcony was absolutely first-class; you could sit and watch the beautiful sunrise. The hotel's infinity pool and sky bar were also fantastic. The coffee and drinks there were only a little over ten yuan a cup and tasted great. All the staff were very professional and friendly. I really loved it here, and it will definitely be my top choice when I visit Da Nang again.

The hotel's location is a bit quieter compared to properties directly facing My Khe Beach, and naturally, there aren't as many dining options around. However, it's quite convenient if you have your own transport or use a taxi. The breakfast is decent, and the service is very friendly. For around 400 RMB, it offers great value for money.
