Ally Beach Boutique Hotel Hoian

I’ve never left a 1-star review for any hotel before, but this experience was truly disappointing. Today was my sister’s wedding, and I booked a total of 7 rooms for my family. Right from the start, the staff got our booking wrong and insisted that I had only booked 3 rooms, even though I had 3 booking references covering all 7 rooms. Service was extremely poor and terrible. In the evening, around 9:30 pm, our family returned to the hotel only to find there was no water. There were 16 of us, and none of us could shower, brush our teeth, or even use the toilet. The staff told us to wait 30 minutes, but by after midnight, there was still no water, which is why I’m writing this review. What disappointed me the most was how the hotel handled the situation. The staff simply said it was an unexpected issue and offered no solution or assistance. We only booked this hotel for one night, yet even the most basic facilities were unavailable. It was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be staying here again or recommending this hotel to my friends.

Good location near the beach, service is very good as long as the room is already availabe they will let you use it already without waiting until 2pm, the pool is opne extended after 10pm, they have good breakfast but would really appreciate if they will add more dish like meat, anyway room is always clean only except the bathroom shower where water gets everywhere when showering becuase it doesnt have a divider

We had such a warm and lovely stay here. The hotel is cozy, peaceful, and just a short walk from the beach — the perfect place to slow down and relax. What made this place truly special for us was the staff: everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You really feel welcomed here, not just like another guest. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfasts were tasty, and the atmosphere felt calm and homey in the best way. A wonderful hotel with a big heart. We’d be very happy to come back again 💛

We have a wonderful experience in this Hotel. They have accomodating staff. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool both night and day. Breakfast is also good and they were very kind enough to allow us to have take away in day 2 since we have an early flight to catch up. During breakfast we enjoyed a beach view. The place also have nearby restaurants. It is around 25 mins away from the Ancient City which we also like because, we just wanted to have a relaxing stay. Thanks Allys, definitely recommended.
