M Village Hotels in Da Nang

The signature by M heritage hotel is a hidden gem that we absolutely loved. If could rate it a 10 I would. The staff is the key to the best hotel in Danang. From the moment we checked in we felt comfortable and relaxed. The friendliness and hospitality we received we were exceptional. Nick was very kind and gave us wonderful recommendations for local coffee shops and restaurants. I am sorry  But I lost track of the names of the beautiful young ladies who greeted us every morning with smiles and interesting places to explore. They all made our stay a great experience that I have already shared with numerous people in Danang. The hotel is very clean and our room was serviced daily with fresh sheets and towels and free water. Nick even helped me with a scooter and did everything needed to have it delivered. I actually feel like the team is family. Th room was quiet from other rooms and the street. Several nice sitting areas with WiFi to relax in it on each floor. The free breakfast included in the nightly rate was very good with good service the hotel is in a nice quiet safe neighborhood with good restaurants and coffee shops. I arrived with a mix of excitement and apprehension because there weren't many reviews, but my parents absolutely loved it, wishing it was their own home! 😆 The room had a small bathtub in the bathroom, with one wall as a floor-to-ceiling window, and the living room had two floor-to-ceiling windows, which created a great sense of openness! The window facing the sea had some kind of pattern, making it hard to take photos from inside looking out, but the view was perfectly clear to the naked eye, making it great for enjoying a beer with the ocean night view. It was very clean, and I stayed for two nights. They even cleaned the room thoroughly and refilled the amenities midway through, which was a nice touch. In the morning, I received a friendly KakaoTalk message asking if we had any discomfort while sleeping :) The pool was also beautiful with the ocean backdrop, so we took lots of photos. Although the breakfast didn't have a huge variety of dishes, my family was very satisfied and ate until we were full! If I ever come back to Da Nang, this is a delightful place I'd love to revisit. 👍 Thanks to this stay, our first family international trip was even happier. Thank you! ☺️

Location - excellent, extremely strategic. Walking distance to Dragon Bridge, Han Market, famous eateries like An Thoi, Highland Coffee. Pink Church is right opposite the hotel. Service - front desk is always responsive, reachable via WhatsApp. They can help with transportation arrangements to places like Ba Na Hills, Hoi An City, and the rates are cheaper than booking via Grab. Room for improvement - water pressure little weak - bedding & pillow can be better Overall - highly satisfied with my stay :)
