晚上十點左右入住，辦入住等待的時間長，前台一會兒接一個電話。。等他打了兩三個電話才辦完。。。
以及四月多空調不能衹有新風吧，該給點涼風了吧，否則高層很熱啊。

我真的懷疑這是五星酒店嗎？衞生間馬桶每隔一會就有上水的響聲，問了房間會不會吵服務人員告訴我不會，結果旁邊馬路一過車就又很明顯的響聲，問服務人員能否洗衣説給問一下，結果幾個小時沒消息，再打電話告知洗衣房衹有周五週六開，第二天打電話説拿兩瓶水答應的好好的結果根本沒拿，床頭已經磨的掉皮了，退房兩天按金沒退，打電話才給退回，真是醉了。

酒店房間很乾凈，很安靜，小童樂園不錯，游泳池也不錯，就是節假日的人有點多，早餐也要排隊。總體好評，值得推薦！

【衞生】：整體還可以，基本符合五星的標準。
【環境】：酒店本身環境還OK，但坐落環境就肯定差些。這家喜來登相對便宜也有便宜的道理。畢竟地處“鳥不拉屎”的地方，前面有村落，後面有廠房。
【服務】：這點必須贊。保持了喜達屋（萬豪已收購）的一貫培訓和要求。服務主動，即便假期人多也還可以比較温柔，耐心的響應。
【設施】：確實已經建成十年多的酒店，很多基礎設施老化，陳舊，風格過時。也改重新裝修了。猜測酒店方也在考慮這兩年全面翻新了，不然這麼下去光靠價格便宜，沒辦法籠絡旅客人心。
【早餐】：比較一般，達不到常規喜來登的水準，感覺和大多數4星水準一致，甚至可能比華住的中高端要差。
清明假期入住，也是最考驗酒店服務能力的時段入住。服務很滿意，響應快，需求都能滿足。位置環境就不説了，但是酒店自身基礎設施實在是“該更新了”，十年，也符合酒店重裝修的時間週期。如果是平日500左右來住住，放鬆心情，是真的不錯！但是如果節加入超過7/800甚至上千過來住，就很划不來，因為不管哪個方向走10公里，都有更好的選擇。早餐是真的需要噴，達不到5星的水準，最多4星水準，甚至可能比華住的中高端要差。
