Arrived quite late, so I didn't go in. Just walked around the park next to it. It's a small city gate building, looks a bit modest. There's a 24-hour congee restaurant right by the park.

Great hotel facilities and services. Kids pool was a lot of fun, although it was shame that they charge you extra. Breakfast was nice too. Highly recommend.

I checked in late after work for a business trip and was very disappointed. The room had a strong sewage smell, the bathroom was unusable, there were drain flies, and even the pillows and bed linen smelled bad. I had to shower in the sauna.
The hotel offered no reasonable solution, and the front desk staff reacted sarcastically. After my complaint to Trip.com, the hotel completely denied the issues. Very poor attitude toward guests.

Second time in this hotel but this time i have chosen the lobby tower building (slightly more expensive than the park building area) but not much different to be honest. But I like the fact that the room is big

I accidentally booked the wrong date. As I was in a hurry. But trip and the hotel changed the dates. Usually it’s a no show. It was an accident. Glad they helped, fair and ethical they have been! Glad there are decent people on this planet. Definitely recommend inter burgo.
