Either make a request at check-in or apologize to the customer. Shouldn't the employee ask politely, saying they couldn't confirm it? His expression was very stern, and he caught me while I was checking in and taking the elevator, making me feel uncomfortable, as if I had done something wrong. Only those who have experienced that atmosphere know what it is like. I was in a bad mood from the time I checked in hahaha. I understand that you need to check if you are a minor, but if so, I think you should ask for it at check-in or politely inform them if you miss it. The check-in service response is like the face of the accommodation... No matter how boutique the hotel is, it seems like it should just change its name to a motel.. I don't think I'll ever go there again.
