I was greeted by Fabiola and temi who were very Lovely and welcoming. They helped me alot with my wifi which I was struggling with they went above and beyine to help me with this and I am vert grateful as it was important to me to havé wifi and they made me feel very cared for.

Amazing support by Sharell & Kayla. Just so nice and supportive, helping out and giving the best service, providing a kind and welcoming environment as best they can. They made my stay a pleasant and positive one and made it easy for me to get my work completed.

Had breakfast this morning the staff chantel was very friendly and helpful fantastic service which was quick and efficient well done. Kayla was very bouncy and friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my requests. Will definitely book at this travelogue again! Room was as standard and very clean

Amazing staff very welcoming and polite. Her name was Sharell. Amazing sleep bens wet comfortable and outstanding staff. Will defo recommend and come back here. As very much enjoyed my stay. Thank you to all staff for making our stay as comfortable as we was.

Hotel was well kept. Rooms were very clean & tidy at all times. Toilets not open for two weeks though!! Bar staff were very accommodating & most of all very cheerful. Kayla, Chantel,Evita & Sharell are just the best. So kind funny & uplifting. Always good to be served by them after a hard days work. Food always good & nothing was ever a problem for them. Great team 🫶.

Very bad hotel very bad attitude of staff and manager I will highly not recommend anyone to book this hotel no room clean no Iran no hair drayer don't book this hotel staff and manager behavior was very bad kindly don't recommend you any family or friend for this hotel

Sharell was brilliant fast and efficient check in much needed after a long day at work! She even asked what floor I would prefer as they had vacancies! Which was much appreciated overall great customer service would definitely stay here again so Thankyou!

We visited here for an overnight stay,the lady on reception was very good and gave us a room on the 3rd floor which was spotless and light and airy,no noise at all and check out was simple,just remember to pay for the parking before you leave,it’s £7 for 24 hours which is not expensive at all
