景色不錯，環境可以給五星的。但是服務不行，幾乎沒啥服務。網絡不行，電話給前台，前台表示知道了，完全沒有要解決的意思。讓落實網絡恢復時間，才告知這樣已經一段時間了，這這這不派人，那那那搞不了，那態度就有點像我們去借宿，有啥你就用啥，沒有你就將就着。人家就打心裏不覺得該為你提供這些服務。

風景還不錯…河池的山水沒讓人失望！就是沒有看到日出沒看到雲海！！房間總的來説還可以吧，就是智能的容易出問題，管家還算負責，半夜幫處理換房間，可是換到最底下，各方面都不好就沒換！！吃的衹能在酒店定，或者自帶！！
