設施比較簡陋、老舊，但價格便宜，地段也蠻好，江景房看到的江景確實美麗。缺點是比較吵，大爺大媽唱歌會唱到12點，早上七點又開始了…停車是停在馬路上的劃線車位，酒店出停車費，這一點還蠻好的。
