From the second of our arrival, Hayley and Mike made us feel at home. They provide an awesome breakfast, lovely conversation and well appointed cabins. Each cabin - very clean - has an ensuite, fridge, nice linens and towels and the location is superb being just 3 minute walk to the centre of the village. Hayley and Mike go the extra mile - they put in a night time fire with marshmallows for the kids, kindly provided some Daintree Ferry passes and have two very delightful dogs. Bella will do anything for a cuddle whereas Pinto is a little more discerning and requires a chicken treat first! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Anna and her family offer a very warm and welcoming experience. The cabins are private and well appointed. The breakfast is REALLY good. Hospitality top notch. While the weather for our stay was unseasonally wet we still had fun. Everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend.

We were made very welcome and got good advice on local outings and places to visit. Our cabin was a good size for the two of us. Breakfast couldn’t be faulted and the Davidson Plum Jam on our toast was delightful. Only a short walk to the local pub and wharf for croc tours.

A big thank you to Hayley for the warm welcome to her lovely hideaway. The tropical fruit breakfast was worth the visit alone. All local produce from pawpaws to dragon fruit, served with a lovely natural yoghurt. Our room was 3 spacious rooms really and a very generous veranda. We would love to have stayed longer but bookings in Cairns had already been made. Maybe longer next time Hayley🙂
