The hotel is large and has a swimming pool and golf course, so it was nice to use it.
It was nice that it was quiet, and there was a large garden, so it was good to take a walk, and there were many restaurants nearby, so it was easy to have a meal.
There are no nearby shopping malls and there is a beach, so V was good.

My expectations were low based on the reviews here but the experience was better than I had hoped for. I was on a business trip so didnt use the swimming pool (which was being repaired), and the children's play area was totally inaccessible. Room was comfortable. The gym was basic (no working airco, very cramped) but I have seen worse. Breakfast good. It may not live up to a 5* experience in other countries but in all not bad.

Location is very good. Sea view. There is no shortage of greenery. But, almost zero service. From the reception, it continues to disappoint us. The half-board dinner I rate 3/10, buffet with very little choice and poor quality. The breakfast only deserves 2/10. Organization 0/10, we arrived at 8:35, there were no tables, the vacated tables were not cleaned, we made three rounds in the mango room, no one came to see us. I have to go see an employee to ask if we need to come back later. He set us up a table. But there was nothing to eat apart from hot dishes, the juices were empty, fruit salad the same, there were rolls but there was no more butter or jam, the basket of pain au chocolat was empty. There was cereal but no milk. Luckily there was the lady who made the omelette who saved our lives. The room was poorly cleaned, full of dust around the bed legs. The two white chairs on the balcony the same. For a large hotel, this is unacceptable!!! bathroom, there was a water leak

Travelling for work, I though the room and room faclilities were excellent. The pool was lovely and I had it all to myself.
The breakfast was ok. It took a long time to get a tea or coffee, spoons had run out and staff seemed generally overwhelmed.
Some parts of the hotel seemed run down. Some of the reception staff were good but some were rude. Some of the bar and breakfast staff were good and some didn't seem to know what they were doing.
There were a lot of poeple begging in the hotel lobby. It would be better for the hotel to donate to community projects and not allow beggars in the hotel.

Be very wary of this hotel. They take money from your credit card without approval. they have charged me twice for the same night. Payment wa taken over 6 weeks apart too. The Hotel refused to respond to my emails until my company got involved but are still denying taking two payments. Will never use this hotel again., which is not a bad thing as the staff are incredibly rude and the rooms smell of damp.
