Very nice stay!
Nice beach front resort. Good menu item. Friendly staff. Stayed in dorm rooms during qhiet season. Large but cold pool. Lots of activities.

TO FLEE !! One week stay, unsanitary room, almost empty buffet and with insects in the food. Following this catastrophic stay we were promised a full refund, I have been fighting for 6 months to get contact and a refund and I still have nothing. We were potentially told that it would ultimately be 25% of the stay and not the whole thing! A real disaster!! Go your way!

The Selina hotel is located about 40 minutes from the city of Dakhla, totally isolated. It is made up of bungalows and common spaces, such as coworking and a TV lounge. The bungalows with modern Moroccan decoration are comfortable, especially the bedding. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily. We came for peace and quiet, and we found it during the low season. Except for one detail, on Saturday 11/25/2023, the restaurant transformed into a nightclub, even before the end of our meal, without any communication with customers. Around a hundred outside people participated in this evening. The music rang out until 5 a.m. on the 26th, with loud voices and fights...our bungalow being close, we spent a sleepless night! This place is perfect for digital nomads. The co-working space is well designed and so inspiring, and the internet is super fast for such a remote location. We are far from the crowd of Laguna, but yet it is super accessible, as the hotel has shuttle buses that can drop you off in Laguna, Dakhla City, and the airport. Food is delicious, and rooms are suitable for short- and long-term stays. The team is so friendly and is here to help 24 hours a day. Beside that, it is super grounding and healing to just be living by the ocean for couple of days enjoying the sunset and sunrise in the Sahara.

An exceptional stay in this hotel combining impeccable service, succulent cuisine and dedicated staff, marked by a warm welcome, a magnificent view of the Moroccan Sahara and unforgettable moments. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service of this establishment. The driver came at the agreed time, and from then on it was all warmth and hospitality. The warm welcome from the staff, particularly at reception, was a real highlight. They escorted us to our room, making sure everything was to our liking. The cleanliness of the swimming pool and the traditional ambiance of the restaurant added an authentic touch to our stay. Special mention to chef Achraf, whose dishes were a treat for our taste buds. But the strong point of this hotel is its staff, including Anass, Taha, Hicham, Adnan, and all the others. Their professionalism, kindness and helpfulness are truly remarkable. Additionally, the activities organized from the hotel were well managed, providing a complete experience. Finally, the punctual shuttle service to the airport crowned our stay in style. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable.

I can only summarize my stay at Selina as HORRIBLE, this SCAM should be removed from Booking, it is the worst accommodation I have ever been in my life. The hotel was DIRTY in general, the room had not been cleaned, the light did not work, the bed was full of sand, the shower full of hair, there was no gel or toilet paper and everything was full of flies. It took several hours to give us a new room. The common areas were full of sand, the hammocks and cushions very dirty and the tables full of dirty dishes that took hours to pick up and full of flies. Breakfast and dinner were VERY BAD, and there was hardly any food for the guests, neither cutlery, the glasses were all dirty, we ordered food from the menu and they told us that we could only order one dish from the entire menu and it also took more than one hour to serve. For personal reasons we had to leave 3 days earlier than planned but they charged us for the entire stay. We have claimed our money incessantly, but they do not give us a clear answer, we know that most of the guests LEFT the hotel due to the conditions.
