Dakota County Hotels with Swimming Pools

After being loyal lifetime elite members for years, we have NEVER met a more rude staff. The location is near the airport and has a shuttle so that is good but find another hotel. There are plenty of options in the area. Hotel also has no lobby or common area other than a breakfast room .

I recently had my wedding block here and cannot say enough good things. The entire staff was extremely welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I had many guests comment on how great the hotel and its staff was, and how convenient the shuttle was from our wedding reception. I am so glad I went through this hotel and would recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is really very good, the environment is quiet and elegant, the hotel is complete, clean, convenient parking, good location, a few minutes drive to the shopping center, chance to choose again

The Burnsville location has incredibly friendly staff, ready to help at any hour. We stayed 5 nights and got great service from everyone. The breakfast was delicious with lots of healthy choices. The hotel is clean and cheerful. We felt so refreshed after a swim in the poll and soak in the hot tub. Really value the kindness toward the environment they have by doing away with the small bottle soap / shampoo/ conditioner and providing with large dispensers in the shower. Location is wonderful; close to shopping, parks, skiing, and a variety of restaurants. Check in and out went smoothly. Can't wait to come back!

The room size is right, the bed pillow is comfortable, the breakfast is crowded, but the food supplement is obviously insufficient, hope to improve

The Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The General Manager, Jason Mercord, the Front Desk Supervisor and the night auditor, Dia Taliafurro, went above and beyond to help with a friendly smile and helped scan items, email them to a property claim I was dealing with. They even offered some helpful advice. The property is well taken care of and very clean. Whatever I needed they were able to accomodate. I would highly recommend this place to stay. There's a lot of business minded people, pilots and flight attendants.

The room is large and it is ok with children. The location of the hotel is slightly off, the parking lot does not have to worry about the parking space. It is 8 minutes drive from the nearest Wal-Mart supermarket and 10 minutes drive from the outlets.

The location is very convenient, the itinerary has changed, on the basis of the original two nights, Trip.com helped merge the order, but unfortunately the front desk did not get it. Communicate with Trip.com customer service overnight, solve the problem

My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs for five nights; we did the same in May 2021. It’s a convenient place near our family, they have large suites and common areas, and electric car chargers. It feels like a home environment, with the staff being readily available but also giving guests privacy and flexibility to enjoy their amenities. The king suite was like a little apartment with separate bedroom and a kitchenette. We were about to set up our Roku for our favorite streaming shows. Apparently the property was just purchased by new management and they have an entirely new staff. Christina was brought in to help train the staff and help the property get back in shape. She and maintenance man Evan were hustling to accomplish all of that and we witnessed considerable improvement within the few days we were there. Their staff is wonderfully diverse and quick to help. If you choose to stay here in September 2022, expect to report some maintenance issues. If you have any problems, do not hesitate to ask for help. We look forward to visiting again next year!!
