A gorgeous serene escape in the beautiful archipelago. Every inch of the property is so beautifully crafted and maintained. Such a peaceful ambiance and exceptional spa facility. Very friendly staff and delicious food. Would have loved to stay longer. Great for a girls getaway or for a romantic couples weekend.

Genomgående hög kvalitet på exakt allt. Över mina höga förväntningar. Personalen var alla otroligt duktiga inom sina individuella områden och gemensamt för alla var att den höga servicegraden och viljan att finnas tillgänglig för att hjälpa till med det lilla extra.

Jättefint hotell och SPA!
Vi var oerhört nöjda med maten och den superbra servicen.
Det blir ett litet avdrag för ljudnivån i spa-avdelningen. Människor som pratar högt om både det ena och det andra, samt personer som sitter med sina mobiltelefoner och pratar om hur stressade dom är över uteblivna leveranser osv.
Önskar att det antingen var helt mobilfritt, eller åtminstone delvis, samt uppmuntrades till mer tystnad, vilket väl är ett av syftena med att gå på SPA. Annars finns ju badhus.

Fantastik upplevelse överlag. Restaurangen var helt okej och saknade lite information från receptionisten vid incheckning. Baren var toppen, spaavdelningen otrolig och rummet rent och fint! Rekommenderar!

Vi stannade en natt. Rummet var fint, bra frukost och jättehärlig spa. Priserna i restaurangen var för höga dock för det som man fick.

We stayed at this hotel for a friend’s birthday celebration to have a nice relaxing spa weekend. the sauna’s were not hot enough, the pools were luke warm/cold, and the spa area was ice cold. the room we had was 18C/ 64F which was freezing cold. we tried many times to adjust the temperature until we called reception and they said it wasn’t possible, so they brought us a portable heater, which was great until we fell asleep and since we didn’t push the button to power the plug in the middle of the night (that are on some kind of timer) the heater shut off and we were all freezing throughout the night. the worst part was that we were told upon check-in that we had been upgraded, only to find that our new room was above a wedding party that went on until 1 and the base was so loud we couldn’t sleep. i called at night and they said nothing could be done. upon checkout, we expressed our disappointment and we were told we were *emailed* which my friend did not receive, stating our room in another building had renovations and that we were going ot be moved to a new building, but this was not communicated at check-in, we were simply told “ you’re getting an upgrade woohoo!” overall it was unfortunate considering the amount of money that is paid. the least they could have done was to remove 3 alcohol-free drinks we had from the bill and that would have at least been something…
