The best point about this hotel is the front office staff, Daniel. We stayed there for 3 nights, throughout the stay we had no communication problem coz he speaks fluent English. It’s not easy to meet someone like him in Dalat. I should say we were being lucky coz he happens to be the owner’s son and he was there to replace the staff just for a short period. This hotel is located near the Dalat market, just a short walk to the main road and cross opposite to Dalat Centre and go down a flight of stairs to the market. There is no problem for food, there is even KFC in the building.

The location was excellent, and the room was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and courteous, and even offered us cookies. However, the room was a bit damp because the windows weren't open.

Everything is great, the location is also very convenient, the room is very clean, there is tea, coffee and water, free of charge, full amenities, big TV, strong WiFi, the only thing I am not satisfied with is that I stayed in room 204 with a window. The light outside at night makes it difficult to sleep, adding a small curtain would be perfect

It's located in a building, and it looks like a converted farmhouse. However, the service was excellent. I needed to book a bus to Ho Chi Minh City, but my Chinese bank card couldn't be used for payment. The receptionist paid for it for me; I gave him cash, which was really kind of him.
