The room was very clean and comfy, the location was near the city center, the staff was friendly. Only the breakfast was poor, we expected it to be open buffet, but it wasn't.

The hotel has candle burning with oil in the hotel lift, this is a serious health hazard. Didn't they know there should NOT be absolutely any flame in lifts at all!

This was a nice little 3 star hotel. The room was very spacious. Had a wonderful balcony but had to move the chairs to sit outside. BREAKFAST was nice a different type of soup every day. If your looking for budget I would recommend this little hotel.

Not in the centre but at a quiet road behind the night market. Choose a room with balcony and you get to see beautiful sunrise. The room we stayed though not similar to what we booked is still nice. Havent got the chance to try breakfast tho. Receptions speak English and thats a bonus.

The hotel looks very nice from the outside with a luxurious lobby, but that's where the advantages end. We were met by a very serious administrator, who made us sign some kind of obligations, apparently about responsibility for damage to property. In general, staying at the hotel was not comfortable and not cozy, although everything that a hotel needs is there (except for air conditioning). The next day we moved to a simpler hotel, where we were greeted as dear guests, no formalities, they helped us with renting a motorbike, treated us to drinks, helped in every way and tried to please us.

The location is close to the night market and Xuan Huong Lake, a few minutes away, and the environment is quiet. Good service, clean and tidy, clean every day, add disposable items. The king room is large and spacious, and the small room is slightly smaller. Breakfast variety and taste. It's really good!! It's clean and I didn't see any bugs!! The bathroom is really big!! And the hot water doesn't come out well in the morning!! And the view is a bit disappointing!!!

It was so good. The room was spacious, the hot water was good, and it was close to the night market. I stayed there for 3 nights without any inconvenience. I would have stayed longer if it weren't for the holiday period, but I had no choice but to move to another place.
