It's a new and beautiful hotel, but there were some minor issues and I had to call the staff several times. Also, the water in the shower was lukewarm, not hot. The drainage was poor, and the shower room became a puddle. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so I had to open the window. The quality of the toilet was also poor, and the staff told me not to flush used toilet paper down the toilet, but to throw it in the trash can next to it to prevent clogging. I refused, saying that I couldn't do something so dirty. This hotel makes you sign a very detailed pledge when you check in. Such contents are not known at the time of reservation. In particular, it says "500,000VND if the toilet clogs," but the quality of toilets in Vietnam is poor, and they can get clogged in some bad hotels. I've traveled around the world and stayed in hotels 500 times, but the only place where a toilet got clogged is Vietnam. It's only in a few Vietnamese hotels, but even if you use it normally, it will get clogged in the case of a poor quality Vietnamese toilet. It's a problem that they try to make the customer pay for it. In Vietnam, people tend to make a lot of excuses and blame the customer, so guests need to be careful about that. It's cold in the room from the evening to the night. Even if you wear a down jacket in the room, it's cold, and there is no heating equipment. Even so, the shower is lukewarm. I had no choice but to ask for an extra blanket. The breakfast has few varieties and the taste is not very good. It's new and clean, but the cost performance and location are poor.

The hotel is located in an ideal location, close to the city center but still quiet, peaceful, and has a beautiful night view! The staff are friendly and very enthusiastic, especially the guy who takes care of the garden and is willing to give me the tree he spared for the hotel! The room is clean, modern, fully equipped, worn with hotel breakfast, very OK! I received support in renting a car, it was a scooter from the hotel, new and stable Will definitely come back on future business trips!
