The hotel is close to the market, which is convenient for sightseeing. There's parking available for cars, but no elevator.

The hotel has a great location and is convenient for getting around. There's no elevator, though.

To be honest, this hotel gave my group of three quite a scare. I booked a family suite over a month ago. Last night, after a long journey, we arrived at the hotel around 11 PM. The hotel staff led us to the first room, but when we opened the door, it was already occupied. We then went back to the front desk, and they assigned us a second room. Upon opening that door, we found the room hadn't been cleaned. So, it was back to the front desk again (and the crucial part is, this hotel has no elevator 🛗, so we had to climb up and down two or three flights of stairs; doing this after a long, nauseating car ride certainly made us angry). The front desk finally resolved the issue by giving us two twin rooms 🤦🏻‍♀️. The lack of smooth communication was truly disappointing. Fortunately, this morning, two hotel employees brought us some fruit and an apology letter, offering their apologies 🙇🏻‍♀️. This somewhat soothed our disappointment. Otherwise, I would have definitely given the hotel a bad review. As it is, I'm simply sharing our honest experience.

Everything was great, we had a car so the parking was right at the hotel. Good location for an evening stroll.

The hotel's location is excellent, but the facilities are a bit dated.

Quite happy with the location here cos night market is here too. But there is no lift and we were staying at the 4th storey. Very inconvenient and the steps are in black coloured marble that makes walking down the steps dangerous.

Nice and Cozy Hotel. We stayed here for 5 nights. 1 minute walk to the daily walking street. Good food.

The hotel staff were all very nice, with good attitude and attentive service. However, the room facilities were poor; the shower water pressure was pitifully low, making it impossible to shower properly, and the water froze very quickly. In Da Lat's weather, I was so cold I almost got a fever! There was also a strong odor emanating from the room. Overall, the location is excellent and very convenient. Breakfast can be skipped entirely; there was a lot of hair in the stir-fried dishes... It made me nauseous.

It boasts the best location for your Dalat trip. The facilities are clean and the terrace by the window is even better. Right outside the hotel entrance is a night market, offering plenty of things to see and eat.
