Overall, I should have completed more due diligence on previous reviews from various sources (Trip Advisor, Google, Booking, etc..). The woman/owner at the check in desk was beyond rude as evidenced by her general attitude and not pleasant to deal with. My spouse dealt with her as I am significantly hearing impaired disabled veteran. The woman reported that she didn't receive our *********** reservation and even when given evidence via an e-mail, she discounted it. This woman move so slowly and appeared to be pretty passive aggressive with respect to customer service, but we did get a room and the hotel never filled up anyway that night. Matter of fact-it appeared half empty. Room was clean, dated, but I would not recommend that anyone stay here based upon the attitude of the staff. Please take your time and review previous review sources and you will find that our experience is not the first, nor will it be the last. The woman is unprofessional and doesn't deserve anyone's business. Keep on going down the road and do not give them your money.
