Stay was comfortable albeit hotel housekeeping was not up to the mark. While cleaning / maintaining our room on a daily basis few things were forgotten by the housekeeping staff. At different times they forgot to put the sugar sachet in the tea tray, forgot to put hand towel, heat pillar was not fully functional and was changed only next day, while our room was being cleaned in our absence, a monkey took away a packet of dryfruits from our room.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise for us. The property is located in close proximity to the Gandhi Chowk, main tourist hub in Dalhousie, and offers stunning panoramic views of the mountains. We could see great landscape from our bed. It has ample parking space, which I have heard can be a problem with many other hotels in Dalhousie. The hotel staff, right from managers to housekeeping and servers are professional,polite and cooperative. The food served is yummy and portions are good. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking at an reasonably priced room with great views and close to the market.

Everything is good about this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and found no issues. The location is near the bus stand. We easily get a taxi for sightseeing outside the hotel. There are a few good restaurants nearby also. Food and service are also fine. The rooms and Washrooms are clean and spacious.
