Best view of the mountains and a beautiful room. Service was excellent though training required. Always smiles and guidance given. Ready to apply whatever necessary for improvement. Initially we were offered room with a filthy view. Room invert-er heater was not working and we were given a portable heater. We were shifted to a valley view room after 1 night. This room was much better with a clear view of the valley, lush green view all around

Small rooms, dirty laundary, dirty linen. This was the start of our travel in the hotel. After one night, our room was changed that had a good valley view

It was a great experience for staying here for one day. Perfect location to enjoy and see a beautiful view of dalhousie city. I only felt that food is not fresh provided by the restaurant.
