It's run by a family who is personally involved in taking care of you. Apart from making your stay comfortable, they make sue that you enjoy your holiday to the T. Staff is just like your own family member. They care so much about you that you are just pampered.

I'm glad I chose this property for my family's ideal vacation. We experienced a family-like environment where we were cared for by everyone in the team, even the ***agement. Regarding the meals, a beautiful variety of people's selections and superb taste was catered to for breakfast and dinner.

The staff always had never say no attitude and super humble. beat of all the Ambience and the valley view was just fabulous. In short, its worth staying here when you are at Dalhousie.

The room was clean and the hill view from the room was very soothing. The food was tasty with multiple option during Breakfast and Dinner.In addition,activities for all age group, courteous staff and overall value for money...I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Excellent location, views from the hotel, hospitality and food. Spread of buffet was great. Live music, golf cart to ferry uphill from gate to lobby. Prompt service of in room dining . Room was well done, bed was comfortable. Surely would love to go there again

This is the best place to stay if you are coming to Dalhousie. Everything here, right from staff, ambience, food, location is perfect. The variety of cuisines and the food here is also very good. We had a great experience being at Grand View and would surely recommend this to our family and friends.

We stayed in this property for 2 nights. The property is situated at an excellent location with amazing view. The breakfast and dinner spread was great with good quality & taste. Excellent hospitality, each and every staff were gave personal attention and were warm in their conversations. Must stay if you’re planning to visit Dalhousie.

The ***agment, ***ager and the owner Radhika were lovely and the most caring people i have seen. The service was on point and the food was amazing. If ever got a chance ill visit this hotel everytime i visit dalhousie. One of the best hotels here
