Nature Forest Mountain Inn (Ancient City East Gate Store)

I was absolutely blown away by the view from this room! The huge floor-to-ceiling windows look straight out at Cangshan Mountain. During the blue hour in the evening, it was completely mind-blowing! You get a full panoramic view of Cangshan and the lush greenery, and you can watch the mountains and clouds right from your bed. The room itself has a wabi-sabi minimalist aesthetic – it's clean, bright, and gets amazing natural light. The hygiene was impeccable, not a speck of dust anywhere, and the furniture materials felt really high quality. It was super comfortable and relaxing to stay here. The hostess was also incredibly thoughtful and responsive to any requests. The location is quiet but not isolated. Staying here in Dali was a truly healing experience for my body and mind – a perfect 100 points!

Had a truly wonderful stay! The guesthouse has a fantastic ambiance, and my room was spotlessly clean and fresh. The decor was simple yet stylish, with great natural light and a good view. It was also super convenient for getting around. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep every single night. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; they even offered umbrellas when it rained. I also got to enjoy some freshly ground coffee from the owner. Every little detail was well thought out. I really didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back next time!

The owner was incredibly kind and upgraded our room to the Mumian, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! 🌿 The lush green scenery outside the window was incredibly soothing, with blue skies, white clouds, and fields stretching as far as the eye could see. The natural light was fantastic, making the whole room feel warm and inviting. The cleanliness was impeccable, with attention to every detail. It was wonderfully quiet at night, ensuring a super sound sleep. The hotel is within walking distance to the ancient town, offering a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Huge thanks to the owner for the surprise upgrade! We had a perfect two-night stay at Jilaishansu and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dali!

The room has a great view and the price is quite reasonable. Plus, there's a large terrace in the common area with views of Erhai Lake! And after washing clothes, there's a sunny terrace where you can hang them to dry. Basically, personal clothes washed at night will be dry by 12 PM the next day! Hangers and clips are all provided. The hotel's location is also very convenient for visiting the ancient city! If I had more time, I would definitely love to stay a few more nights 😭

Hotel: The room environment is very good. It's located at the east gate of the ancient city, with car rental and dining options nearby. It's less than a 2-minute taxi ride to popular spots like Erhai S Bay. Staff: The guesthouse owner is a really nice lady. When she found out we had a fever, she specially brought us a thermometer and 999 cold capsules. When we left, it was raining, and she even gave us an umbrella. We were really touched.

The room was spacious and bright, with complete and clean facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. The view from the window was expansive and incredibly beautiful, and there's a rooftop garden where you can directly overlook the Cangshan mountains – the view is absolutely stunning! Overall, the experience was perfect. The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing was a bit lacking.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless, which made for a very comfortable experience. I was pleasantly surprised that the twin beds were both 1.5 meters wide, so there was plenty of space – super comfy. The landlady was incredibly kind and attentive, and the landlord was also very friendly, welcoming, and thoughtful. The overall atmosphere was really cozy. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in town!

The service was excellent! They even recommended nearby attractions and current events. There was a market happening when I visited, which was great to explore. The environment and scenery are beautiful, and it's very clean. Highly recommend it!
