Shang'er Hyatt Seaview Hotel (Dali Erhai S Bay Ecological Corridor Branch)

From the moment I first saw 'Shang Er' on Trip.com, I was captivated. The photos, with their bright sunlight and views of Erhai Lake, instantly made me feel relaxed. The fact that it's a new opening in 2025 was one of the reasons I booked without hesitation – I love staying in new places; the facilities are fresh, and it tends to be quieter. My stay truly exceeded my expectations. The guesthouse service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the room was spotlessly clean. My favorite feature was the huge floor-to-ceiling window, directly facing Erhai Lake. The soundproofing glass was excellent; at night, I couldn't hear the seagulls or the waves, which made for a wonderfully comfortable sleep. Even more special were the warm encounters during my trip: I had the pleasure of meeting an elder sister from Shanghai who is in the same industry, and we had a great chat. Talking with the guesthouse owner, I also felt a deep sense of sincerity. Of course, the most unforgettable moment was recording the sunrise over Erhai Lake on video – that beauty and tranquility are something I'll cherish for a long time. It's hard to leave the sunshine, the air, and the slowed-down pace of life here. But departure means returning with a recharged body and mind. Shang Er, we'll meet again next time.

Extremely satisfied with this stay by Erhai Lake. The location right on the ecological corridor offers both peace and stunning views. The hotel entrance opens directly onto the vast expanse of Erhai Lake, completely unobstructed. You can watch the sunrise from your bed! Although I haven't stayed on the Haidong side, after driving through Shuanglang and Wenbi Village, it felt quite noisy. I'm really glad I chose Hyatt to experience Erhai. I've already recommended it to my friends.

This B&B's location is absolutely fantastic! You step right out to Erhai Lake and can even feed the seagulls. The room was clean, tidy, and cozy. The owner is incredibly nice and thoughtfully recommended local food and travel routes. I had such a comfortable stay, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

The breakfast is also quite good. From the terrace room, you can stargaze at night and watch the sunrise in the morning. My Erhai Lake trip began here. Thumbs up!

The surroundings, decor, and service attitude are absolutely top-notch! It's a proper sea-view room, and watching the sunrise from bed was just beautiful. They even carried my luggage to the room, and there's free afternoon tea and breakfast 🍳. Highly recommend!
