You can hail a taxi right outside, and it's quite close to the old town. Laundry facilities are convenient, and there's a viewing platform on the third floor with a nice view. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and they even provide afternoon tea, fruit, and snacks.

Out of all the hotels and guesthouses I stayed at during my trip to Yunnan, March Water was by far the best and my top recommendation, where I stayed for three days. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, it's spotlessly clean, and the courtyard has a fantastic design. From the top floor, you can even see Cangshan Mountain. The staff are warm, polite, and there's a constant supply of tea and coffee available all day. The breakfast rice noodles are delicious. Highly, highly recommended!
