The biggest surprise of my trip to Dali was definitely this Erhai Lake guesthouse – it completely exceeded my expectations! It's right on the lake, with unobstructed views and floor-to-ceiling windows looking directly out over the water. I could watch the Erhai sunrise from bed in the mornings, and in the evenings, enjoy the 'orange sea' sunset from the terrace. Every photo I took turned out to be a stunning, therapeutic shot. The environment is quiet and the vibe is just perfect. The cleanliness was impeccable; every corner of the room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and fresh. The owner was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, providing detailed and genuine service without being overbearing. Overall, it was a comfortable and restorative stay. It's conveniently located, and the scenery, cleanliness, and service were all top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The location is fantastic, with free parking available. Right outside the hotel lobby, you can access the Erhai Lake promenade. It's a short distance from the main scenic areas, offering a very peaceful environment. The bedding is comfortable, and the overall ambiance is great – truly a hidden gem of a hotel. The location is super convenient. The front entrance leads directly to the Erhai Lake ecological corridor near Longkan Pier, perfect for catching the sunrise in the morning or cycling around the lake. The back entrance makes it easy to grab a taxi to Dali Ancient City or Xizhou Ancient Town. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was incredibly friendly and helpful, carrying our luggage up to the second and third floors and proactively assisting us with it when we checked out. Every morning, they offer a choice of Chinese breakfast or rice noodles, and fresh fruit is provided in the afternoon. The room was very clean and came with disposable bath towels. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning.

Backing onto Cangshan Mountain and right by Erhai Lake, Dali Xiyunnuo offers incredible views of the mountains and lake right from your window – the unbeatable sea view rooms are a must-try! It's also super close to Dali Ancient City, which is definitely worth exploring!

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The view was also fantastic, overlooking an ecological boardwalk. The service was excellent; they even helped me with my luggage.

The location is excellent, just about a 3-minute walk from Longkan Pier. Right outside the hotel, you'll find the ecological corridor, perfect for cycling, which is very convenient when traveling with children. The 1.35m bed was spacious enough for me and my child, and the whole grain rice noodles for breakfast were also good.
