民宿所在的別墅區是建在山上的，所以會有一定的坡度，不太適合老年人居住。帶小院的房間離前台有點遠，走路八九分鐘的樣子。但在院子裏喝喝茶還是很舒服的，考慮到價格也沒有什麼好抱怨的了。

第一次寫差評，理由如下：1，説是有圍爐煮茶和手沖咖啡，但是需要提前一天預約，而前一天管家打電話的時候卻一點都不提，就好像巴不得你們不知道就沒法兑現。2，民宿位置在別墅小區裏面，兩道門禁，離小區口較遠，打車出去和返回都很麻煩。3，周邊沒有任何餐飲，超市等，就離感通索道較近，高德地圖搜尋是2.2公里，高德給出的步行時間是45分鐘，全是上坡。4，除了入住時前台有人，後面一直到我們退房都沒看到一個服務人員，中途想問一下洗衣房位置都沒辦法。5，房間裏一股黴味兒，透了一下午的氣都沒散掉。衞生一般，浴室一股味道，角落有黴斑，房間隔音也不好。6.沒人告知早餐用餐時間，我們7：30退房時一個人都沒有，我尋思也不算太早，但廚房愣是不見煙火，因為要趕火車，沒吃早飯我們就走了。

房間的窗户可以俯瞰洱海，視野很好，院子的陽台可以看到蒼山和感通索道，離索道步行半小時左右，旺季可以直接步行上山會比坐車更快。阿姨每天都會幫忙把屋子打掃乾淨。小院子環境比較安靜，吃飯也不遠，可以去北門，走路大概十分鐘，也可以去希爾頓那邊的商業街，走路大概十五二十分鐘。下次來的話還會選擇小院子。
