必須給大理麓椿花園的肉肉管家瘋狂打call！這服務真的太貼心了，每天早上不僅會把熱乎乎的早餐送到房間，還會發來超暖心的早安問候，一睜眼就被治癒了。中午下午的行程也幫我們安排得明明白白，完全不用自己操心，晚上回房間還能喝到温温的晚安牛奶，這體驗感直接拉滿！下次來大理，肯定還選這家，還找肉肉管家！

房間比較寬敞，正對着洱海，不出門就能看日出，都是一次性的，衞生間提供了一次性的水杯，浴液也是小包裝的，比較乾淨，有浴缸，可以跟小管家説，會免費提供泡澡袋。送了一個花園下午茶，景色不錯。口味就是普通的咖啡和甜點。晚上可以送牛奶提供免費的衣服披肩，出去玩可以拍照用。可以接送機/站和免費接送大理古城（一天一次）這個比較好但是我們基本沒用上，因為基本都在外面玩。美中不足的是早餐口味一般，另外能看蒼山洱海的景色的房間都是三層，酒店沒有電梯，但是工作人員會幫忙拿行李，如果家裡有長者小孩需要視個人情況看要不要三樓，因為需要自己爬

在大理能找到的唯一一家五星酒店，房間很明亮寬敞，工作人員服務很好，有兩人份下午茶，早餐也很豐盛好吃，酒店有個後花園，很有白族風情，是我雲南之行最滿意的酒店

首先是服務非常周到，從接機師傅，服務員到前台，能感受到每位工作人員都在用心為客户服務，這是之前住過這麼多的酒店未曾體會過的，滿分好評！酒店環境很好，特別是花園，看得出來是經常精心維護的，園裡有小白兔增添幾分樂趣。房間很大很整潔，設施較新且齊全。早餐非常豐富，自助餐形式，每樣菜品都能好吃。總得來説是性價比非常高的一家高檔酒店，極力推薦！

會有管家微信可以添加，有任何問題可以找管家，24小時都有人在崗回覆很迅速。每天都有睡前熱牛奶，大讚特贊。早餐不是特別豐盛，這個希望能稍微提高下畢竟也是個五星酒店嘛。有洗衣機和烘乾機，但是太舊啦，也就新一點的滾筒好用一些，用了一次那個立式洗衣機，衣服上多了好多黑灰灰，有點太臟了。那個烘乾機也是特別特別舊，立式的拉鍊式烘乾機，按鈕都鬆了，烘乾力度還不如我房間暖氣打大點來的快🤣，有條件酒店還是趕緊淘汰換新吧。
