Manxin Mansion Dali Old Town

The hotel front desk staff upgraded us to a connecting room when they saw I had a child with me, which was comfortable and clean. However, the lighting in my parents' room wasn't bright enough, and they said it was due to unstable power. The service was very enthusiastic; they even gave us some local specialty tea when we checked out. The hotel's internal environment is beautiful, and the rooftop terrace offers views of Cangshan Mountain and the ancient city. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the ancient city. Prices inside the ancient city are a bit high, so we just ate at the restaurant street next to the hotel. You can tell the owners your taste preferences, and the prices are good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel offers great value for money in the area, and the location is convenient. The breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of nutritious options. I originally planned to stay one night in the old town and another by the sea, but I was so pleased with the hotel and the staff that I decided not to switch. I hope the hotel continues to thrive!

I got an upgraded room, which was very spacious and clean. The hotel is conveniently located right opposite the ancient town, with a night market nearby. The staff were also very polite, and they even gave me a souvenir when I checked out.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, truly living up to its name as a garden hotel. Sitting on the second-floor terrace garden, admiring the vibrant flowers, swinging gently, and gazing at the distant Cangshan mountains is incredibly leisurely and relaxing. Just across the road is Dali Ancient City. In the evening, a stroll through the old town, sampling some local snacks, perfectly captures the laid-back pace of life in Dali.

The house was very clean and had 3 beds, perfect for my big kids. The environment was also beautiful, with a pool and hot springs. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to enjoy them, but I'll definitely come back next time!

This is my favorite chain hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating four people, which was perfect for us with our child. The only minor issues were the bathroom door being a bit stiff to pull shut and the breakfast being slightly greasy, though there were plenty of options at the buffet. Overall, I was very satisfied.
