Excellent stay, service and cleanliness across the beautiful property and the room! We were upgraded to a nicer area without having to ask. Breakfast selection is good and the staff were so kind and accomodating throughout our stay. There’s a nice pool that the kids enjoyed. Self service laundry is also available at the hotel. Location is perfect - a short 5 minute walk to Dali Ancient Town. Truly felt 5 star!
