Dali Shanhaiji Seaview Homestay (Panxi Swan Branch)

Love, love, love our stay here! I have to write this in Chinese so the hotel staff can truly understand how much I enjoyed my time: The location is superb, right on Erhai Lake. The room design is beautiful, with large windows overlooking the stunning lake and people strolling by. Downstairs, there were even street performers singing, creating such a chill vibe – exactly the Dali we dreamt of. I must give a special shout-out to one of the hotel staff (a gentleman whose name we forgot). Since we're from Singapore and don't have Chinese numbers, he helped us arrange a car from Dali Station to the hotel. When we needed to ship our luggage because we had too much, he used his own phone number to handle it for us. He also proactively helped us with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and even waved us off until we got into our car. This hotel excels in every aspect: its location, views, service, bedding, breakfast, and design. We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends! 🩷

The surroundings were beautiful, and the hotel staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They met us at the parking lot upon arrival and escorted us back there when we departed. They even thoughtfully prepared breakfast and afternoon tea for us.
