Pullman Dali

The room was very spacious. Our hotel's personal butler, Olivia, contacted us on WeChat beforehand and was incredibly thoughtful and patient. 👍 The room view was also great. We even saw fireworks over Erhai Lake in the distance at night! 🎆

This time, I stayed at the Pullman with my family, and the hotel's facilities were outstanding. I especially want to commend our butler, JUDI, for her meticulous and attentive service, which left a deep impression. A day before our check-in, she proactively called to confirm our arrival time and thoughtfully inquired about our preferences, such as pillow firmness. Despite the tight room availability, she actively coordinated and successfully arranged for my parents' room to be on the same floor as ours. Our room faced the sea, offering a panoramic view. When my family needed space to dry clothes, JUDI immediately arranged for a drying rack to be delivered to our room. While we were out, she even helped dry the clothes from both rooms. Even at 10:30 PM, she was still promptly assisting with various matters, making the entire stay hassle-free. With her as our butler, we didn't have to worry about communicating many minor details repeatedly. The hotel had ample staff, and the service was detailed and precise. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options. The bar on the 25th floor and the executive lounge on the 21st floor provided excellent views. The elderly members of our group had a great experience and were very satisfied. This hotel is highly recommended.

Had a great stay during my trip to Dali. The environment was lovely, and Cindy provided exceptional, attentive service, always checking in and making sure we were taken care of. Her service quality was outstanding. The rice noodles at the Chinese restaurant were also delicious.

The lake view rooms at Pullman are truly beautiful. The Erhai Lake is right outside the window, and Dali Port is just across. Taking a boat tour on Erhai Lake from here is so convenient and lovely. If I visit Dali again, I will definitely stay at the Pullman Hotel.

Our housekeeper Mary was incredibly attentive throughout our stay, taking care of every detail and always ready to help. She felt like family, and I highly recommend her! Our check-in experience was perfect! Mary was meticulous and always available, remembering even the small things. So thoughtful!

Our vacation at Pullman was perfect thanks to our butler, Mary. Upon arrival, she thoughtfully prepared a platter of sweet and delicious welcome fruits. Her daily itinerary suggestions were incredibly detailed, even including niche photo spots. She proactively offered a complimentary children's breakfast buffet, which had a great variety that made the kids happy. The pre-arranged bed rail also ensured our baby slept soundly. What’s even more remarkable is her ability to anticipate our needs, always asking about our plans and checking in on our stay experience. This proactive service, going above and beyond her duties, added an extra layer of warmth to the beautiful scenery of Cangshan and Erhai. This level of attentiveness alone makes it worth coming back for.

Stayed here last year, and I chose it again for my trip to Dali this year. The location is convenient, the facilities are great, and the service is excellent. They even opened a new instant noodle bar, which my kids were excited about for days and finally got to try!

Staying at this hotel in Dali was an amazing experience! Our butler, Domi, reached out to us in advance, and the front desk staff were warm and courteous. Overall, it was a great stay. We even caught the Torch Festival, and the hotel had plenty of activities and beautiful fireworks.
