The good: As with all Embassy Suites properties, they give you (cheap) drinks at happy hour and a decent hot breakfast in the morning. The mediocre: The room itself was fine and in line with what one expects at this style hotel (including a good sized suite and comfortable bed), with two notable exceptions: 1) the people in the rooms above and on either side were clearly audible and 2) the water in the shower wasn't hot... it was lukewarm at best. I assume this is because I took a shower midday and not when everyone else in the building was. The bad: the hotel doesn't tell you ahead of time that there is no free parking anywhere. I don't like to be surprised by such things and don't expect to pay at this style of hotel this far from downtown. Additionally, the hotel is undergoing renovations, so there was only one working elevator to service all six (I think?) floors.
