In downtown Dallas, you can see the Ferris wheel 🎡. The waiter was very friendly and gave me a welcome kit when I checked in. It contained cookies/breakfast coupons/bottled water. I was very happy.

The stay went well. The challenge we had was that when we came in I was VERY thirsty and tired. I asked the front desk lady for water and she pointed me to the indoor market-store so that I could purchase water. I was extremely disappointed because I did not bring money with me, would have to run out to an ATM, well just too much after a long trip. Then the shower did not have any shower gel, the bottle was completely empty. We were however pleased that the front desk lady gave us a bar of soap. The next day and after we asked for water and nothing. On my departure date, Kevin who was an extremely nice and professional man offered me water and cookies. I was impressed, I explained what happened and he felt sad.

It's a little outdated but it got the job done. The walls are thin. I'm disappointed that the staff failed to tell be about the complimentary shuttle service.

I canceled this reservation in a Monday for a Thursday stay. They still charged me on Friday afternoon.
