Great location right off the highway and by college campus/Bush library. We enjoyed the room and design as well as the bar/commons area (unfortunately did not bring swim suits for the indoor pool for the cold rainy day, would have been nice). Was a little weird to not have ice available on the floors and finally figured out we had to just grap qt bags out of the freezer in the lobby (no one mentioned that) but for all the fun aesthetics and location there wasnt much we could complain about (as long as you look around and find the best price as online it was coming up wildly different). Overall would definitely stay again and recommend.

DO NOT STAY HERE! My car was broken into at 4:30 in the afternoon. The hotel did nothing for me. I asked to be comped and they said no. Not even a free breakfast. The manager didn’t call me back (I had to call 3 times) and they never answer the phone when you call. I stayed at this hotel a month prior and when I was checking in another guest was filing a report that her car was broken into. I didn’t think much about it at the time but recalled it when my car was broken into.
This hotel could add security to their parking area but they choose not to. Seriously, stay at the Highland for a little more money and valet. The cost to fix my window was $400.

Yuteas was amazing!! She checked us in with great warmth and care! The room is nice. Although there isn't a closed in closet but the rack for clothes was nice. The shower is incredible. I love the rainforest shower head. Housekeeping can be improved. I had to call for extra towels and for the old towels to be removed 3 times. Overall it's a really nice hotel. The free parking is quite a bit of a distance away so I recommend you budget for the pay for parking option. There is a fridge but no microwave so keep that in mind if you decide to bring back leftovers 😉. The hotel is really nice and the staff is great. I would recommend it.

I stayed here after having a bad experience somewhere else, and Stacy was so accommodating and friendly! She made me feel secure by reassuring that the hotel was safe and in a safe area next to the college, and I am so grateful! The room was so cute and I would definitely stay here again. Great staff focused on the customer’s needs. From check in, throughout the wedding after party and on to check out, each hotel staff helped with a smile. Everyone went above and beyond and executed a flawless wedding. Incredible meal and location. Not too far from anything in Dallas proper.
