I booked this property on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! The room is chic and spacious, with modern furniture. The lobby area is also an appeal, as it provides bountiful seating areas near the bar. The breakfast was disastrous, however. The front desk staff informed me that breakfast would end at 11:00am on weekends, but when I arrived at 9:40am the staff were already putting things away. The food quality was very low. I would recommend altering the selections to make them more edible. Overall, the experience was a good one!

I came for a conference and had a great time while staying at this hotel. The hotel is a nice hotel, it is modern and clean. It also has a nice lounge with great service at the bar. The hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping which is a plus.

I went to Macy’s to buy a gift for my boyfriend’s birthday. When I came back to the hotel, I asked the front desk for a piece of tape to tape the Macy’s bag shut. Shannon went to the back and came out with wrapping paper, tape and a birthday card. She really went out of her way to ensure his gift was thoughtfully wrapped. I didn’t even ask she offered. What exceptional customer service!!! The hotel is modern and very clean. Also, great location if you don’t plan on renting a car. There is a shopping mall with a food court. The Macy’s at the mall has a good selection too. It’s only a 4 minute walk from doorstep of hotel to doorstep of Macy’s. Target w/ Starbucks inside was a 6 minute walk. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for making my stay so wonderful!

I booked the AC Hotel for my birthday weekend. It was perfect for the low-key relaxing weekend I wanted. They have nice decor and amenities. It was in quiet, which is what I wanted. The best part is that it's located close to shopping and dining. Will definitely book again.

Very nice hotel, very clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is very helpful and will do anything they can to accommodate to your requests. I visited for two nights and really enjoyed my stay. The lobby is decorated very nicely and the rooms are very clean and modern

I came to the AC Hotel Dallas by the Galleria for Nicki Minaj’s PF2 concert. I loved the location of this hotel because it was close to EVERYTHING ! The lobby of the hotel was so aesthetically pleasing. There was a lot of natural light and the decor was perfect. The staff were perfect. Very polite and helpful during my stay. I would definitely return to this hotel when I visit Dallas again !
