I could not have been more pleased with my stay. I was in town for a week for business and the entire staff was kind and very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful! The fitness center was busy in the morning but there was plenty of space for everyone. If you stay here, be sure to check out the full bar and live music in the evenings.

The hotel was easy to find off the highway and in a neighborhood with mostly apartment buildings. The Galleria Mall was a short walk away and that provided options for dining. Parking was available for free on the street or in their garage for a price. The suite-type rooms were a nice change from typical hotel rooms. It had a full kitchen, a living room area, a bedroom and bath all nicely furnished and updated. The TV was on a swivel so it could be viewed from the living area or the bedroom. The bar off the lobby offered a few dinner options. The full breakfast included with the room was good. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall a very good experience.

I’m am so happy to have found this hotel. It is literally an Oasis in the middle of the metropolis. The hotel is beautiful and the front desk staff are so friendly and accommodating. Great thank you to Shannon and Lulu, they were so kind and accommodating to all of our families requests. We will see you the next time we are in Dallas!

The staff and amenities are great! The room was spacious and comfortable. Walking distance from the mall and other convenient stores. Great location to getting around easily and efficiently.

The team at this Residence Inn saved the day. I needed a last minute reservation in the area for a birthday weekend and required mobility accessibility. I initially spoke with Maggie at the front desk and she was patient and kind, while ensuring the room type needed was available. Upon arrival, Jasmine went over and beyond to warmly welcome us and make sure we were able to settle comfortably. Our room was the mobility accessible studio and it was clean and pretty spacious. We had an overall excellent stay and would certainly return.

Very clean and spacious. Free breakfast consists of eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, fruit, muffins, picante sauce, cholula sauce, jams etc. It's one of the newer hotels. It's one block and a half from the galleria. Walk out of the hotel, turn left, walk at the end of the block turn right, enter through Macy's. Dinner was there...recommend La Cocina and Italia restaurants. Neighborhood is safe with new buildings. Staff at hotel was professional and helpful.

The hotel is great, I’ve stayed here before. I was woken up multiple times by loud pipes/heating, and the alarm went off all morning while I was having meetings and couldn’t focus or run the meeting.

We had a fantastic stay there. The rooms were clean and roomy. We had every amenity needed for an extended stay. The bar/restaurant suited our needs and the staff was all AMAZING!
