Good hygiene, rich breakfast. The indoor air conditioner is noisy, and it's just right to turn it off in this weather. The hotel front desk said that the $100 deposit paid by credit card will be refunded the next day. It has been more than 2 days and it has not been refunded yet. The fourth stop along the way in the United States. The room comfort of this hotel is much better than other small hotels. I have stayed at Comfort Inn and Days Inn before, most of which are motel types. They are relatively small in size. The price of Crown Plaza is the same as that of the Comfort Inn next door. This hotel seemed scary because of the reviews, let me say this you’ve no need to worry, rooms are great ! It’s a really nice hotel, it’s older hotel, but I was amazed how nice this place is. Loved it and the beds are super comfy.

Hotel needs updating. Two out of four elevators worked when we got there, by the time we left it was one out of four. Heater blew cold air so we shut it off. However bed was comfortable & room was clean so it served it’s purpose & the price was good, since we were in town for an event at the convention center.

I am quite satisfied with the hotel. The service staff are very enthusiastic. There were no toiletries or hairdryers when I first arrived. Later, I went to the service staff to solve the problem. The TV effect is also very good and smooth.

It took an hour to check in. Our vehicle was broken into overnight. When we tried to speak to the hotel about it they never responded, acted concerned, their assistance, or even a simple apology. We were told that it happens every night and that they couldn’t find their security guard that night. We had to file an insurance claim because of how much damage was caused.
