衞生較好，早餐豐富。室內空調聲音較大，這個天氣，關機正好。信用卡付款的100美元按金，酒店總枱講第二天就會退回的。現在已經2天多了，還未退回。本人不懂英語，希望攜程幫我聯繫一下。謝謝🙏！

一路美國第四站，一路過來這家的房間舒適度相對比其它小酒店要好很多，之前住過Comfort Inn、Days Inn多數都是汽車旅館類型的，體量比較小，Crown Plaza價格跟隔壁Comfort Inn相比性價比應該是更勝一籌。幸虧這次一連幾天都住這家，值得推薦

This hotel seemed scary because of the reviews, let me say this you’ve no need to worry, rooms are great ! It’s a really nice hotel, it’s older hotel, but I was amazed how nice this place is. Loved it and the beds are super comfy.

Hotel needs updating. Two out of four elevators worked when we got there, by the time we left it was one out of four. Heater blew cold air so we shut it off. However bed was comfortable & room was clean so it served it’s purpose & the price was good, since we were in town for an event at the convention center.

還是挺滿意的酒店，服務人員都很熱情，剛來沒有洗漱用品，吹風機，後來找服務人員都解決了，電視效果也挺好，流暢
