It is very close to the Dallas Expo. The whole hotel is mainly business-style. The business suite of the hotel is very suitable. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot. There is free drinking water in the lobby, and there are gym facilities available, which is great.

Definitely Marriot it’s a kind of brand you can trust. I am gonna start width stuff: those people are amazing. The Asian girl (sorry forgot her name) is so polite and helpful. I loved stay there. Then I extended my trip one day more in Houston

This place was amazing. The staff were amazing. My suite was beautiful. Al thought there were some cons like my room not being fully cleaned. There was some hair on the floor which was the same hair on my shower and towels and the chicken in the restaurant was not all the way cooked and the next morning my pancakes were a little dry. The customer service and the beauty of the hotel and my cold glass of wine outweighed all of those cons. Really honestly a good place to stay

Room was clean and very comfortable. The dining room was superb! The food was comfort food that was seasoned great. It was busy due to weather and the staff kept up and very attentive.

Was not happy at all with this stay. We got there close to midnight after a 10 hour drive so we all went to bed right away. When we woke up the next morning I noticed the ceiling had these red splash stains all over it looks like possibly blood or some red sauce? Whatever the case, it was disgusting to have slept there. When I went to the front desk they didn't seem too concerned about it and said they would mention it to house keeping. I wasn't offered any compensation for it being disgusting because now the cleanness of the bedding and rest of the room comes into question.... also there is no complimentary breakfast. They charge $22 for breakfast buffet and $25 for parking with no other parking available. We paid $250 a night for this mess. Would never return to this Marriott.

I had a bad experience during my stay at the Marriott. I was disturbed by noise from other guests, including loud music, slamming doors, and banging on the walls, which kept me up from 2 am to 5 am the first night and continued even after I was relocated to another floor. During the day, you could hear the housekeepers clean the other rooms. Absolutely no peace.
The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly when I approached them. They pretended they could not understand English, but they could. They were just being rude.
Anyway, I was charged the deposit plus the total cost of the room at check-in, and when I checked out, I was asked no questions. However, I later found out that the hotel was trying to charge an additional $500 to my credit card without any explanation. I tried to speak to the management, but the front desk staff refused to let me do so and lied to me instead. I am very upset by this experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
If you like noise and less-than-great customer service, then ignore my review. The only good thing, the location was convenient.
