After comparing many hotels, this one has the best value for money. Large space, quiet, and good service. There are fewer breakfast varieties, which may be related to the occupancy rate. Overall, I am quite satisfied and recommend it!

The room price is not expensive, but there are basically no services. Cleaning requires an appoin**ent. The facilities are old but can still be used normally, and the price is consistent with the quality.

The first room they gave was not accessible due to a bad battery on the door lock. The second had several maintenance issues including what appeared to be blood stains on the carpet.

This was without a doubt the most poorly maintained hotel I've ever stayed in & I was shocked that Hilton would let one of it's properties get run down to this level. The had to move me once because the room was a mess, lights didn't work, tattered drapes, bad carpet and worst of all the room ac did not work. The new room was only marginally better with many burned out lights, carpet torn and blood stained and the front door appeared to of been kicked in & the hinges broken. I actually had to lift it back up into the door frame. I stay exclusively at Hilton hotels but I'm seriously considering switching to a different chain if this is what I can expect.

Homewood Suites is extremely convenient to both 635 and Hwy 75, which additionally makes it easy and quick to get to neighboring cities and downtown Dallas. For the relatively low fee, the guest gets a large suite including a full kitchen, separate bedroom and living room, large bathroom, and good closet space. Even though my room was around the corner from the pool and gym, I didn't hear any noise unless I walked past those areas. Breakfast is hot and standard - nothing fancy.
