Nice hotel but we requested they make up the room on the second day and we were told it would be done. They did not do it. I called back and they said that they only tidy up the room every three days. So tired of hotels, not cleaning the room every day. Next hotel we book, we will confirm the rooms are made up daily. If not, I prefer to stay at a vrbo property.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities. Every Marriott team member was friendly and helpful. Jorge was a pure joy during breakfast. Karina helped me with the business center computer and helped me print out resumes for an Openhouse event. I have an interview next week for a position in Dallas! Such teamwork and calming ambiance is greatly appreciated and never forgotten. Linda V.

Loretha McCree in safety and security exemplifies the customer care and great service your entire hotel staff delivers every time I stay there! She went the extra mile in finding my lost goods. I am a Marriott ambassador and because of folks like Loretha the Renaissance is my favorite hotel in Dallas

Really nice clean hotel with a decent fitness center and solid restaurant. The self parking is also easy and convenient. In my opinion the best part of the hotel though is the club lounge. It is as good as any I've been to in the country and the staff is very friendly.

We loved this hotel. We were there for the recent eclipse. The staff was EXCELLENT top to bottom except for one restaurant host who was not pleasant. But everyone else was so nice an helpful. Reception, concierge, bartenders, cleaning folks were top notch. Our one bedroom was spacious, modern and very clean and had everything we needed. The gym is awesome and well-appointed and the roof-top pool is very nice. It was lacking in chairs and places to lounge, but maybe that was just because of eclipse party. Lobby area is beautiful and had plenty of space to gather. Definitely recommend!

I went to the Renaissance Hotel to view the ballroom choices for an upcoming event in the month of October 2024 to celebrate my paastor's 25 years of ministry. I must say that upon arriving to the hotel the ambiance was amazing and the decor was exquisite. I met with Kiesha Carter the sales director, who welcomed me with a warm smile and a lovely gift bag. Ms. Keisha showed many options and discussed hotel accommodations for guest stay along with menus for the event. Ms. Kiesha is very knowledeable, warm and friendly. She represent The Renaissance Dallas Hotel well. At first I thought I was not going to be able to have the event there but Ms. Keisha has kept trying until she completely won the business deal. She has worked on getting me the best possible rate for this event and I definetely appreciate her and the management team. I'm looking forward to the event all becasue of Ms. Keisha Carter and her endeavors to make our night a special one to remember for my pastor and church family. Thank you Ms. Keisha!

Front desk employees Karina and Valerie were very helpful. At check-in, Karina helped me locate a local business and a nearby area for business meals. At check-out, Valerie was most helpful and professional while answering questions. I appreciate the customer service.
