Our arrival at the Conference was so pleasant. Out Bellboy Zim was so friendly and welcoming and even sang our boss her happy birthday! That was a special moment, Zim is a lovely and talented staff member who makes us feel like we are home. That kind of gesture makes us return and book again with Sheraton!

ALRUBAIAI was amazing at the front door and helping with navigating the facility and area. The hotel was very clean and quickly responded to the concerns and needs when brought to them. It was an amazing experience with great customer service.

This is my first stay in this hotel and overall my initial experience has been great. The valet was polite and explained where we needed to go and who we needed to speak with and Zim was pretty great, he was patient and courteous through the duration of my encounter with him. Need more Zims in the world.

Such genuine service! Well mannered, was resourceful, and gave us insight about the hotel. Loved meeting you Zim! Daughter said you were funny, responsive, talkative, kind, and welcoming. Even told us about a great place to park for the week.

Me encantó la amibilidad de Marwan.. Marwan help us get our luggage away while we wait for our flight.Very satisfied with his help.The room was always kept neat and organized. We always had enough towels and toiletries. we definitely coming back again.

Man went was great He had great customer service. He was very friendly and also he made sure that we was okay. He carried our luggage. He was friendly every time we think. Basically, he's the one that sees your customers first. And he sees the lead last, not the customer service at this. Even though my experience was not good for the simple fact that I had to pay the park didn't know that didn't have a free. Drink, the amenities was nothing compared to if I went to a hotel. That was cost a little bit less. I would've got a kind of Nintendo breakfast, free coffee and also. I wouldn't have to pay the park.So it was kind of bad, but the room was great.It's just overrated really and you had to pay for wifi

The staff promptly helped in shifting my room when the AC wasn’t working properly. Zim was so helpful in getting me set up in my new room. He told me the best ways to navigate the property and shared with me a little bit about the history. He’s the best!!
