Okay hotel (3 stars) aging/distressed sleeping rooms (2 stars) and poor valet “service” (3 stars). Bellhop, Zim, however was refreshingly pleasant providing excellent & timely 5 star service and attention throughout the entire stay..

When we arrived, check in was quick and easy. Valet was fantastic and helpful. Zim came to our rescue and made unloading super quick, seamless, and had us up to our room in no time. He was so kind and helpful with extra information. Fantastic start to our stay.

Zim helped us with our bags he was amazing! Valet was super friendly as well and took great care of us. I didn’t get her name but she had dark hair, light skinned and gorgeous contacts! Looking forward to our stay

Zim was a fantastic help with my Walmart delivery order. He was very sufficient bringing it into the room and putting it away for me. He definitely is an asset to your hotel staff. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I would stay at this hotel again for the wonderful service provided.

Had a wonderful time at the Dallas Sheraton as well as attending the VEX Robotics Worlds Championship!!!! Enjoyed the gym and Cub Lounge daily. ALL staff friendly. Erwin was able to help us navigate an extra night there at the hotel too! Appreciated the help from Zim and Duanne helping us in and out with our luggage! Polite and personable. Look forward in returning.
