I like the exercise room but I did not like that the room that I paid for on this website did not match at all the actual room and they including the management himself said that the rooms don't match even though that is the picture they gave to you guys to post or uploaded. I think it is false advertisement the manager his himself was not nice or helpful he instead asked if I wanted to check out as opposed to trying to better the situation and the worst aloft experience I've ever had and I have been traveling for years including using that hotel itself I
. I do not recommend that hotel definitely do not recommend who they have for management there he should be demoted and he is a disgrace to customer service.

The hotel has a musky smell when you walk in and in the rooms. The front desk was friendly and courteous. I ordered a quesadilla from the restaurant and it was inedible. Luckily, the front desk did not charge me for it. I would not recommend for families. It’s more for business travelers.

HORRIBLE stay would give 0 stars if I could. Had a cheerleading group come to hotel and 4 young girls stayed in the room next to mine banging on the walls from 10pm - 2:30am and I had to be at the airport at 5 then to work. I spoke to the front desk and they had 0 solutions to fix anything. All they could say was sorry and offered me a free breakfast in the morning which I declined.

Stayed for one night while in town on business at the federal building. The location is very convenient to the federal building and parking was simple, with validation through a QR code during check-in. The property has a really cool industrial aesthetic with exposed concrete and brick throughout. The room was large with modern and clean furniture and fixtures. The room floorplan was a bit odd with a large concrete column in the entrance, but it didn't affect the functionality of the room. I didn't have a chance to use the pool, gym, or bar, but there is a McDonald's within walking distance for breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean! Customer service was excellent! They had a New Year’s Eve party and we watched the fireworks from the front door! We most definitely will be back.
