Could not have been more pleased with the service I received from check-in to departure. Special thanks to Shumaila for accommodating my early check-in request. Room was beautiful. Staff checked in via text periodically which was above and beyond any other hotel I have ever stayed at. Also checked out via text - so convenient! Would stay there again without a doubt. Thank you HCC!

Great check in , smart , warm and efficient. No nonsense tiresome questions about our day ect . Believe all the five star reviews, everything was excellent. The location of hotel was perfect, surrounded by fabulous restaurants, Stanley Kershaw shopping centre. . We stayed in wonderful hotels on our subsequent travels , Four Seasons Sydney, Intercontinental Osaka , Peninsula Tokyo , but The Crescent Court was our favourite and I can’t put my finger on what made it so special. Perhaps the amazing staff, who always got it just right without been intrusive. Many thanks to you all. I can only highly recommend.

Had not stayed in the Crescent Court for a number of years. Still great service and staff. Our room was a little tired, important to keep these good hotels up to date. Shower the rain head didn't function few other minor issues. I hope they work hard to keep it up. Let's be clear its not cheap to stay here.

Such great staff, so clean and so upscale. Value for price great and location superb. Food next door at Sixty Vines wonderful too! Isabel at front desk was the best! Management and Security also outstanding. We come regularly to Dallas and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!!

Great experience, comfortable luxury accommodation. Our guest relations manager, Walda, too care of every detail! My preferred hotel in Dallas. Be sure to grab a cocktail at Nobu (just off the lobby). The bar at the nearby Ritz Carlton is also a good spot, but the rooms at The Crescent are much better.

My wife and I frequent Dallas 4-5x a year and this was our first time staying at Hotel Crescent. The rooms were very clean, beds and pillows comfortable, the gym is state of the art and is spacious, and the location is fantastic. This is now our "go to" hotel when visiting Dallas.

Terrible check in experience. Many guests waiting until well after 4:00 to check in. Manager was ill equipped to handle the situation. I overheard him telling a woman with complaints that this just happens sometimes in the hospitality industry. The lengthy delays were unacceptable. Hallways were a mess with the cleaning staff trying to turn over as many rooms as they could. Once I got to my room, it was clean and well appointed. Had a little bit of a funky smell, but the rest of the stay was uneventful.
