O hotel nem parece ser tão antigo, mas as condições do quarto e dos móveis estão lamentáveis: as gavetas não fechavam, a mesa estava bamba, a porta do banheiro não parava aberta. Como em muitos hotéis, o quarto é muito escuro. O café da manhã é uma piada: só alguns produtos industrializados embalados. Não há nem sequer um pão ou um bagel. A localização não é conveniente: não é perto de nada. De carro não chega a ser um problema, mas sem carro deve ser inviável. Se fosse bem mais barato, não seria um problema, mas pelo preço cobrado, definitivamente não compensa.

Customer service is very bad, lady at front desk is verify disrespectful and rude for no reason because I asked for towels and room service, they don’t come to give room service I have to ask for it or go down to get my own things for room service. Room is nice but service is not and I’m crippled so having to go up and down is a hassle

I was not informed there would be a deposit required. When I checked in the lady just asked for my credit card without explanation. The hotel information indicated breakfast; however, no breakfast was served. You could get a muffin or a yogurt which I can't have either. The dresser drawers would not stay closed, and the microwave did not work. When I told the man at checkout his comment to me was "Perhaps you don't know how to use a microwave." I will not use this hotel again.

The room was fairly clean, but it smelled pretty bad, especially the cigarette smoke smell that was overwhelming in the bathroom (despite being a “smoke free” hotel). I booked this hotel after my connecting flight got cancelled. My kids were excited about the hotel breakfast that was advertised…which turned out to be yogurt and muffins, major bummer.

Our toilet was clogged since we artived and they gave us a room that had door to go to other room and they were being loud we notified office to let them knkw they were loud but notjing was done about it
