호텔 침구등 청소상태 좋았습니다. 조금 낡은 건물느낌은 있었지만 전반적으로 깨끗했고 침구에서 냄새안나고 좋았어요^밤 미국은 어딜가나 위험한데 공연장에서 조금 멀어서 우버타고 이동해서 쬐금 아쉬웠지만 좋았던 여행으로 기억될 것 같아요^^

The valet employees and housekeeping employees were great! Everyone was friendly EXCEPT the 2 gentlemen at the front desk at checkout. We brought some issues with the room to their attention but they just wrote it down. No apology, concern etc etc. I even commented to them about their lack of concern. Because of this, I am giving a lower rating.

I was there for an event at the convention center. The hotel is in a great location, with many restaurants within walking distance m. It is just far enough away from the convention center to be out of the hustle bustle but close enough to walk if you feel inclined. It was the comfort I expect from HGI with a spacious room, comfortable bed and nice fluffy pillows. The staff was very courteous and kind. Special thanks to Jerrod D for all the local info, tips and tricks and in general making my stay even more pleasant!
