Misleading stay. You cannot receive check-in instructions without paying a $300 deposit and then a mandatory $80 cleaning fee. This is not disclosed at the time of purchase so you won’t know until it’s too late and cannot find another place to stay. Lock is extremely difficult to open even when I got the green light. Couldn’t open the door so I never got into the apartment and my stay was only 1 night so it was pointless. I called in the morning and was offered a refund, but still had nowhere to sleep. They didn’t offer me the remaining hours until checkout at 11am after their office opened again. The problem is I still needed somewhere to rest after spending the night outside the apartment. Location is great, but customer service is poor. They don’t post the working hours so you cannot contact them if you are checking late. I called several hours beforehand because my flight got delayed

Didn’t actually get to stay in it had an emergency and had to fly back home early but just from the location and the property itself I’d say it’s great!

I thought it was strange at first because they asked me to pay 5 times more deposit than the accommodation barbie, but my concerns became true. The cleaning fee was returned minus $88. It's ridiculous. No explanation, no kitchen utensils. When I leave, I organize it and throw away two books next to the trash can.

Those AIRBNB is just amazing. Clean, affordable. I highly recommend. There’s something: $300 security deposit I had to claim 3 weeks after my stay. And they took $70 for cleaning. Parking for free in Downtown parking the highest.

They wouldnt answer calls for anything we needed help with. There was no remote for the tv and we asked for one and they never brought it. We waited 3 days for toilet paper. Outlets didnt work. It was awful.

We arrive and there is no one in the lobby. They have a 300 dollar deposit to send you by mail the room number and the Door Code and that email arrived around 2 in the morning, bad service but to collect the deposit alone busy 2 seconds
