This is the first time I've heard of this hotel and it's my first time bundling with it, but it turns out that it's a hotel built by Hyatt.

The is was my first time at the Thompson Dallas, and it certainly won’t be my last! Everything about this hotel is five star. From the wonderful amenities and room, delicious food, and professional staff (especially Nick P at the front desk). I was here for work at a conference, and already looking to come back!

Well located, ultra modern hotel with attractive looking 'designer' features. Staff, service, cleanliness and bed quality all excellent. A shower leak problem fixed immediately. Significant irritations: window blind cord was behind fixed shelving so a real strain to reach. Room lighting dim. Had extra lamps brought up by staff. Breakfast served in restaurant a la carte. Poor value, not tasty, No ice machine in hotel so environmentally unfriendly plastic bags of ice had to be delivered to room. Some traffic noise. Outdoor pool on 9th floor unheated. Overall a disappointment

All staff are very nice and accommodating! The rooms and hotel itself is stunning! View are amazing! Would come back!
